Who we are

This website, jimcarlough.com, is run by Jim Carlough, a leadership coach, keynote speaker, and author based in Celina, Texas. When these terms say "we," "us," or "our," they mean Jim and the small team that helps him run this site. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What this site is for

The site shares information about Jim's keynotes, coaching programs, book, free resources, and articles, and lets you contact us or book a call. The articles and free resources are general leadership education. They are not legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice, and reading them does not create a coaching relationship.

Bookings, coaching, and programs

Keynotes, workshops, coaching, and paid programs are confirmed by a separate written agreement, proposal, or invoice. That agreement sets the fee, dates, deliverables, travel, cancellation, and rescheduling terms, and it takes priority over these terms if the two differ. Submitting a form or booking a call is a request, not a confirmed engagement.

Results

Leadership growth depends on the effort and circumstances of each person and organization. Testimonials and examples on this site describe real experiences, but they are not a promise that you will get the same results.

Free resources and emails

When you sign up for a free resource, you'll receive it by email along with occasional leadership content. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
